DK 2017 70634 A1 Fig. 1 P17-083DK DK 2017 70634 A1 i Loudspeaker structure Field of the invention [0001] The invention generally relates to the field of loudspeaker manufacturing, and especially relates to a loudspeaker structure. Background of the invention [0002] The loudspeaker is an acoustic component used to complete the conversion between electrical signals and sound signals, and has been widely used in electronic terminals such as televisions and sound systems. [0003] With the rapid development of portable WIFI speakers, Bluetooth speakers and ultra-thin TVs and other products, the loudspeakers tend to be ultra-thin structure designed and optimized, which put forward a series of stringent requirements to speaker’s manufacturers. The loudspeaker is required to have those characters, like small diameter, high power, high sensitivity, strong s structure and smooth acoustic response curve. [0004] In the mounting way between top plate and frame of loudspeaker, there are two traditional fixed methods, method one: stamping the top plate to form bulges, then riveting with the frame hole. However, the top plate used in the loudspeaker with small diameter is usually relatively thin, so that the height of the riveting point would be relatively short and the riveting deformation is not enough to rivet tightly. As the top plate is not riveted with frame tightly, the frame is easy to fall off causing the riveting structural failure and other issues. [0005] Method two: the top plate is connected to the frame by screw fixation. As the screw hole of the top plate is too small, the punch needle is easy to break during the processing of the bottom hole punching. In addition, the damper will hit the screw head and produce abnormal sound when loudspeaker is working as the screw head occupies more space in screw fixation. P17-083DK DK 2017 70634 A1 [0006] It is therefore desired to provide a new fixation structure for the top plate and the frame for small-caliber loudspeakers, where the structure does not occupy the space of the damper and the voice coil. It is an urgent technical issue that the technical personnel in the art now face and need to be solved. Summary of the invention [0007] In order to solve the problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides a loudspeaker with structural optimization. The top plate is rivet mounted in the frame via a rivet groove located on the outer side of the top plate. The loudspeaker structure with a top plate riveted with the frame according to the invention may meets the application desires of small-caliber speakers, and it not only reduces the overall height of the loudspeaker to ensure the vibration range of the damper, but also enhances the connection stability of the frame to improve transport safety. [0008] In order to achieve the above and other objectives of the invention, the invention provides a loudspeaker comprising a magnet, a T-yoke, a frame, a top plate, a voice coil, a damper, a dust cap, a cone paper and a gasket. The cone paper is provided with a surround. The gasket is located below the outer edge of the frame, and the magnet is located above the T-yoke. A magnetic gap is formed between the top plate and the T-yoke, and the voice coil is arranged in the magnetic gap. The voice coil includes a voice coil wire part and a voice coil tube part. [0009] The top plate is provided with a rivet groove on the outer side, and the top plate is rivet mounted in the frame via the rivet groove. [0010] In an advantageous embodiment, the voice coil tube part of said voice coil is glued with the dust cap and the cone paper, respectively, and the dust cap is connected with the cone paper by glue as well. During the process of R&D, technical personnel find that the response curve is smoother in the frequency range of 8 kHz to 20 kHz and high-frequency sense is more stable and smoother after the dust cap is connected with the cone paper by glue. P17-083DK DK 2017 70634 A1 [0011] In an advantageous embodiment, the top plate is rivet mounted in the frame, at stamp formed riveting points. The number of the riveting points is, preferably, five or six. Thereby is ensured a riveting firmness between the top plate and the frame, but also improved overall aesthetic of the loudspeaker. [0012] In an advantageous embodiment, one end of the damper is connected with the voice coil; the other end of the damper is connected with the frame. [0013] Further is provided method of manufacturing a loudspeaker, the method comprising the steps of providing a magnet, a T-yoke, a frame, a top plate, a voice coil, a damper, a dust cap, a cone paper, and a gasket, said cone paper being provided with a surround, said gasket being located below the outer edge of said frame, said magnet being located above said T-yoke, a magnetic gap being formed between said top plate and said T-yoke, said voice coil being arranged in said magnetic gap, said voice coil including a voice coil wire part and a voice coil tube part; providing said top plate with a rivet groove on the outer side; and rivet mounting said top plate in said frame via the rivet groove. [0014] In an advantageous embodiment, the method comprises a step of gluing said dust cap and said cone paper with the voice coil tube part of said voice coil, and connecting said dust cap with said cone paper by glue. [0015] In an advantageous embodiment, said step of rivet mounting said top plate in said frame comprises a step of punching to deform the rivet groove outwardly to partly overlap the frame to form riveting points. [0016] In an advantageous embodiment, the step of punching is repeated to form, preferably, five or six of said riveting points. [0017] In an advantageous embodiment, one end of said damper is connected with the voice coil, and the other end of said damper is connected with the frame. [0018] Based on the technical solutions mentioned above, some advantages of the invention are as below: P17-083DK DK 2017 70634 A1 [0019] (1) According to the loudspeaker structure provided by this invention, the rivet groove is deformed outwardly to form, preferably, five or six riveting points by the outer side of the top plate being punched by a die. Thereby the top plate is rivet mounted with the frame in an advantageous way. This kind of rivet fixating the top plate and the frame not only reduces the overall height of the loudspeaker to ensure the vibration range of the damper, but also enhances the connection stability of the frame to improve transport safety, thereby meeting application desires of small-caliber speakers. [0020] (2) According to the loudspeaker structure provided by this invention, the 10 voice coil is glued with the dust cap and the cone paper, respectively, via the voice coil tube part. To optimize the structure, the dust cap is connected with the cone paper by glue as well. The researchers find that the response curve is smoother in the higher frequencies of the acoustic range, especially in the frequency range of 8 kHz to 20 kHz after the dust cap is connected with the cone paper by glue. This may eliminate poor sensation caused by the curve peak and valley fluctuations and get an improved experience when listening to, e.g., music. [0021] The embodiment of gluing the dust cap to both the cone paper and the voice coil tube part may be applied to various loudspeaker embodiments, for example the above-described embodiment of joining the top plate and frame by a rivet groove and riveting points. Thereby the top plate 4 is rivet mounted with the frame 3 in an advantageous way. Compared with screw fixation of the top plate and the frame, this kind of rivet fixation of the top plate 4 and the frame 3 not only reduces the overall height of the loudspeaker to ensure the vibration range of the damper 6, but also but also enhances the connection stability of the frame to improve transport safety.
